As noted by the government, this measure \u201cwill help maintain the stability of supplies of essential medicines\u201d to outpatient clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decisions on whether a specific foreign medicine may be sold under this special procedure are made by a dedicated interagency commission, which includes representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Roszdravnadzor, the Ministry of Finance, the Federal Customs Service, and the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, the government extended simplified procedures for the state registration of certain medicines and the most in-demand medical devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Source: TASS, January 13, 2026.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The special procedure for the sale in Russia of registered foreign medicinal products will remain in effect until December 31, 2027, according to the government\u2019s press service.
