RDIF Becomes Partner of Vietnamese and Russian Companies Supplying Pharmaceuticals and Medical Equipment

The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) announced a partnership during the SPIEF-2025 with Vietnamese pharmaceutical company EOC Vietnam Pharmaceutical Co. (EOC) and Russian distributor Good Distribution Partners (GDP) to establish a center for promoting Russian and Vietnamese companies in the pharmaceutical sector, including the supply of innovative drugs and medical equipment to the markets of both countries.

According to the fund’s statement, EOC and GDP hold leading positions in the Russian pharmaceutical market and are engaged in the supply of medical equipment and consumables.

The cooperation agreement also aims to support technology transfer in the pharmaceutical industry and to help Russian and Vietnamese companies enter each other’s markets with relevant products, RDIF explained.

“RDIF is focused on investing in innovative projects in pharmaceuticals and healthcare. The agreement we are announcing today will help advance technological innovation in this field in both Russia and Vietnam,” said Kirill Dmitriev, head of the fund, as quoted in the statement.

RDIF also reported that it is expanding its cooperation with Vietnamese private multi-industry conglomerate T&T Group.

Last summer, RDIF and T&T Group agreed on a strategic partnership. At the time, the fund stated that mutual investments would be directed toward business expansion projects for companies in both countries.
