The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (Minpromtorg) has raised the cost of pharmaceutical inspections of drug manufacturing both in Russia and abroad, as well as inspections for compliance with the rules of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The same order also allows the ministry to revise service fees annually by September 1 (previously — by April 1).
According to the document, the fee for inspections of domestic companies increased by 288,000 rubles, reaching 2.965 million rubles. Inspections of drug manufacturing in Russia that involve receiving a corrective and preventive action plan (CAPA) and a follow-up report rose from 1.11 million to 1.12 million rubles.
The cost of inspections conducted outside Russia grew by 461,000 rubles, reaching 4.73 million rubles. In cases involving a corrective action plan, the fee rose from 1.12 million to 1.24 million rubles.
